The only things I have done since then are defeat red on top of mount silver, catch Regigigas, Jirachi, and Celebi with the Azure Flute in tow, and after already seeing that Moltres was missing, doing the Dragon's Den double battle with your rival, Clair, and Lance. He is supposed to be there, but I don't know. The gym trainers did leave the gym like they were supposed to, but where Blaine is normally standing, Moltres is not standing either. I have already caught caught Heatran, obtained the magma stone, and gotten the earth badge. I am absolutely sure I did not catch him. The attack mode is being edited by the addition of some new moves and actions in the game. Moltres did not spawn inside of Blaine's gym.
